"We, two adults and two young children, had a great stay at Anixis Hotel. The small kitchen was good to have, so you could cook something if you didn't feel like eating out with two young kids. The staff where all very helpful and kind and came to check on us if everything was ok once we had checked into our apartment. The kids even received some gifts/toys from the hotel manager on the day of check out. It was a very good stay. The location was also good -walking distance 5 mins to the beach....

"For Naturalist it is a paradise, beautiful, peaceful and serene. You must however have own transport, otherwise you are a bit stranded at the hotel. So try and rent transportation, my taxi transfer cost to the hotel and back cost more then my 2 night stay at the hotel. Staff at hotel very friendly and helpful. I would like to thank the manager at the hotel for sorting out taxi transfer from the hotel to the port - I made it in time for my ferry. It is very difficult to get taxi transfers...

"This was easily the best hotel we stayed in during our trip around the island. The apartment was spotless, well appointed and in an excellent location for the wineries and local restaurants. "It was one of the best hotels we have ever stayed at. The hotel is located in a quiet, secluded part of the old town and is a beautifully renovated house with a medieval atmosphere. Unfortunately, the weather was not very good during our stay on Rhodes Island, but spending time in the comfortable rooms or in the library area—reading books or playing chess—was a precious part of our holiday. The service provided by the owner couple was also excellent. We enjoyed freshly cooked, made-to-order...
