Our stay at Gateway was amazing! The resort location is perfect and there is an hotel shuttle that can bring you to the nearest beaches at almost anytime. The service was excellent. We have stayed at many Taj properties and their excellent service, warmth and hospitality is what stands out. Taj exotica Goa outdid our expectations. We made a short, unplanned stay here because of a Air India flight reschedule and it happened to fall on the day of our 7th wedding anniversary. We didn’t even mention it but Mr Abdullah at the check was generally chatting with us and found out about it. It was a great stay

The staff, facilities and access to the beach was truly excellent. The stay was made sweeter by the team at the reception and the restaurant - very attentive and mindful of the guest needs.

The front desk, hospitality, restaurant staff were all excellent. The ambiance was excellent, albeit great distances within the hotel to get to rooms. The time of the year was unfortunate - tail end of monsoons, but managed to have a great time in the pool, as against the beach. The food was predominantly catering to the western and North Indian and a few south Indian tourists, hence the lack of some authentic Goan cuisine. However the spread was diverse and good.

My wife and I are frequent travelers and would say, hands down to Double Tree Panji the best hotel experience we ever had. Trust me or not I wouldn’t have remembered the staff names. You guys are great made our 3 weeks traveling around India worthwhile and Double Tree was our last stop. We couldn’t wish for more to end our vacation. Thank again.

It’s a beautiful location, well laid out hotel, with all the comforts and amenities. Service in the restaurants is sometimes a bit slow. One definite exception is Ms Passang. She was quick energetic, very pleasant and made excellent food suggestions. Another request i would like to make. I understand that this is a 5 star hotel and guests like to experience the luxury. However in view of the environmental impact we hope the hotel can be a bit more aware and reactive than automatic. Housekeeping...
