"This was a magical stay in a beautiful historical building. Its not central, which we preferred, but very easy to get into the main areas and the airport. It was on a busy road, again not concerning. What was amazing were the staff and all their many small kindnesses, such as hand written notes, helpful suggestions and remembering names and preferences. Faultless. Further the beds were super comfy and the breakfasts fabulous. We will be returning. "

"Excellent check in experience, lovely clean room with very comfy bed and super, big bathroom with rainforest shower and nice toiletries. Breakfast was included with my room rate but I opted for an extra hour in bed!
Location was perfect for easy access to the metro which was only a short ride from all the regular tourist attractions. I came for a football match at Sporting CP and it was a simple journey on the metro to Campo-Grande using the Yellow line.
