Just no hair dryer, still value for money

The apartment is spacious with over 600sq ft and 2 double bedrooms. Need to drive 8 mins to get the key and no service counter at the apartment at all. So many rules and conditions which stated a lot of penalty if you do this and that and you must signed it so as to get the key and check in instruction. The worst part was there was no hair dryer provided!!! It stated in Hotels.com that hair dryer is included so I did not bring my own one and ended up buying a new one. The customer service has tried to see any spare but in vain. So, better bring you own next time. Anyway, you can cook in the apartment which saves you some money. I will still recommend it for it is a cheaper option to live in hotel.

Apart from checkin (which is a bit of a nightmare and confusing at first) the property was in an amazing condition and just very lovely and modern. It’s in a very good condition and easy to get to. Will stay here again when back in Manchester or will choose the company in another destination.
