"We had a lovely stay, sadly we didn't have long enough but next time we will make sure we have plenty of time to enjoy the facilities available for longer. on arrival there is plenty for kids, a big tv in reception with bean bags, plenty of arcades, animal theme throughout. The food albeit expensive was very good, the breakfast included with the stay was excellent, so much choice and to watch the giraffes have their breakfast whilst we ate ours was truly magical!"

"This is a great hotel and we booked in again as soon as we knew we were flying from Gatwick. The pool is fab, the rooms spacious, everything is spotlessly clean, the staff were superb and the bar/ food options are decent. Only negatives - it's expensive for a taxi to the airport and it was a complete nightmare accessing the hotel on foot. Last time we stayed we were in a car. Other than that, a top notch place to stay."

"We were on a flying visit, literally one night and left the next morning. During our stay the staff were really helpful, informative and polite. The rooms were nice and clean but the bathrooms were very tired and dated but clean. The beds were clean and comfortable and kept us more than warm enough throughout the night. No complaints from us and we enjoyed our short stay here and breakfast was a good morning starter for us all too. "

"Richmond Hill is my little oasis - it is far enough from east London that I feel I'm really away but easy enough to get to with a direct train and then either a 20 min walk (it is up hill!) or 7 min taxi journey. Either way it is always my first port of call when I need a little rest and relaxation - the drinks at the bar were so good (Mai Tai) is my drink of choice and it didn't disappoint the Sunday lunch (beef) was lovely and the cream tea and the steak on ciabatta - yes I indulged for my birthday weekend and it was so worth it. Thanks to you all and see you again soon!"

"Third time this year for this hotel. This time for two weeks with my husband. He did not like our room, nothing to do with the room, rather he did not like an open plan. room. Lovely person, Molka, went out of her way to accommodate us and change our room. The second member of staff who always make my stay better was Shokh. He could not do enough to make us feel welcomed. Great hotel and good value."
