Nice, large suite in a lovely bed and breakfast. The hosts were great and very accommodating and breakfast was very good. The only complaint is the mattress is very soft and could use replacing.

The proprietors treated us like friends from the start. The room was really clean and comfortable. If you are booking here then ensure that you include breakfast in the booking. Otherwise you'll be missing out on a real treat. All local produce. Just let them know if you have any dietary needs & they will do their very best to provide what you need. All I can say is I know where I will be booking next time I travel to Salisbury.

The room was in great condition and had all the basic facilities. It was very comfortable. The grounds are amazing. The welcome was exceptionally good and we were given plenty of help with "where to go" and "how to get there" Breakfast was very nice indeed too - so it all added up to an excellent stay.

Good things: nice pillows, pretty gardens, nice English breakfast, ready to give advise and tips of where to go Things not so great: Asking customers to send credit card details via a gmail account is NEVER a secure method of payment, I don't think they should insist that it is when it is absolutely not. If breakfast is served till 09:30, and we arrive at 09:20, don't tell me 'at last', it came across to all four guests. I would advise booking a luxury room or better, the standard rooms are not so nice.

A Nice Gem

Fantastic hotel and 5stars plus, didn't even notice we had a double instead of a twin that was book. Very good value will certainly go back..Evening meal would have been nice but town was close. One of the best we have stayed in, but tell no-one else.

Sehr, sehr nette Gastgeber! Das angebotene Frühstück ist für englische Verhältnisse sehr umfangreich (inkl. Wurst und Käse), der Service ist sehr gut. Die Lage ist zwar außerhalb von Salisbury, das Zentrum ist aber in wenigen Minuten per Auto zu erreichen. Alternativ ist eine Busverbindung in weniger als 5 Minuten zu erreichen.
