"We enjoyed our pre-cruise stay at the Moxy, and believe that you will, too. Arriving in Southampton by train from London, it was a short walk (no more than 10 minutes) from the station to the hotel. It was a leisurely 20-minute walk to the ship. The staff were sincerely friendly and helpful. We were greeted with a smile and welcome drink. The menu in the bar area was excellent -- and the breakfast was super."

"Good location, beautiful building. Car park access was not great - challenging to negotiate with tight spaces (in limited numbers) and overhanging trees meant lots of crap falling on cars in even the slightest breeze. Breakfast was nice quality though limited in choices. Lyndhurst is pleasant and well served for quality places to eat (lunch, dinner and coffee/tray bakes). All in all, a nice base for exploring the New Forest."
