"The staff were very helpful, the only (first world problems) issue we found was the shower - the pressure drops and you get no water and then 2 minutes later it comes back on. Our room was good, reasonably comfy. One of the bar staff was a bit snippy but the bar was very busy. Overall we would stay at This chain again."

"Great location. Staff were friendly, polite, helpful. Breakfast was nice. Thereโs a nice garden to relax with a drink or a bite to eat after a long day exploring the area. The only downside was the air conditioning had broken down but every room was supplied with a fan so it wasnโt a massive issue and the hotel was doing their best to fix it We would definitely recommend this hotel and will stay there again"

"We have just left the hotel. From very friendly staff at reception, bar and spar nothing was a problem. The spar is a hidden gem. And we booked through Hotels.com and got the 5 days for half price! Bonus! We used it every day. Only eaten once in restaurant and Happy hour at the Bar, well happy 3 hours! 4-7. Would definitely visit again."

"Really enjoyable stay at the Bournemouth Highcliff Marriott Hotel. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly, helpful and went above and beyond throughout our stay. A special thank you for allowing my decorator early access to prepare the room for my wifeโs birthday surprise, as well as kindly storing her birthday cake in the fridge until it was needed โ those little touches were really appreciated. The outdoor pool was lovely, but the highlight has to be the location โ being so close to Bournemouth beach was fantastic. Overall, a great stay and a memorable birthday trip!"

"Enjoyed our pre-cruise stay at this property. The location is great and the staff was incredible. The fish and chips in the dining room was good also. We only experienced one hiccup-one of our suitcases was missing from the storage area when we went to collect it after breakfast. The staff and manager worked diligently to find it and after 45 minutes of worry, the team found it in a secondary storage area."

"I booked this last minute as the original hotel i booked wasnโt good. Rooms clean, beds comfortable and i liked the fact they have an onsite bar and restaurant, i was travelling on my own so this was ideal."
