This has to be one, if not, the best hotel in Dublin. Great staff, always friendly and welcoming. Food and drink selection is outstanding (not to mention the Guinness).

The hotel was great for transport links. Bus stop very close by. Was disappointed that the shower was over the bath. Would of expected a stand alone shower.
Breakfast was fine but we didn't see the menu options to order eggs or waffles until the last day as nobody had told us.
Only one working lift which means long waiting times at busy times.

The staff are very welcoming and friendly.The location is walking distance to Grafton Street and shopping. All the bus tours are within easy walking distance and hotel staff can guide you to pick up spots. It's a very busy and active area but the noise and street drunks didn't bother us.We had breakfast included and there is a Tesco grocery store across street if you need alcohol or water or snacks. There are lots of restaurants and bars in area. Breakfast was very good .Beds comfortable all in all no disappointments

"The hotel was lovely and comfy, with good beds and nice bathrooms. The ac was great and also quiet. Someone was at reception at all times and seemed helpful, though we didnt need them lots. Check in and out was super quick and easy."
