A gorgeous hotel in a prime location for exploring Lake Garda! We decided on a perfect balance of exploring and relaxing at the hotel, enjoying all the facilities that were on offer! The spa was so relaxing, and the staff were all so friendly. Reception kindly helped us with arranging scooter rental to head up to Limone and a private boat tour with local companies - both were amazing experiences! We were spoilt for choice of food on offer at breakfast, and we had dinner at the bar two nights in a row - so delicious and such a relaxed atmosphere! The room was gorgeous too, we didn't want to leave and this is the first hotel we’ve been to where we’ve discussed coming back for a repeat stay!

We had a fantastic experience from the moment we arrived at the hotel. The parking was easy and plentiful, making it stress-free to get settled in. The check-in process was smooth, and we were greeted with exceptional customer service. A lovely touch was receiving a rose and Prosecco upon arrival, which made us feel extra special. We were also pleasantly surprised with a complimentary room upgrade, offering us a stunning view of Lake Garda. Since it was off-season, the hotel was quite quiet, which added to the peaceful atmosphere. The only restaurant available for dinner during our stay served a buffet, but the food was delicious, and the staff was incredibly friendly. While room service wasn’t available, we understood it might be due to the off-season timing. The hotel’s grounds and views were breathtaking, though we did notice that a few trees could be trimmed to enhance the lake view even further. Overall, it was a relaxing and enjoyable stay, and we would definitely recommend this hotel for anyone seeking peace, comfort, and beautiful scenery.

Tolles neues Haus sehr gepflegt. Mitarbeiter sehr freundlich in allen Bereichen aber besonders an der Bar. (Massimo u. Claudio) Essen einfach wie wir es vom Arosa Erwarten und kennen. hotel nuovo e fresco, buoni cosmetici, acqua, caffè station in camera, ma allo stesso tempo la procedura di check-in e check-out è lunga. Abbiamo soggiornato per una notte, l'hotel non era completamente pieno, ci è stata assegnata una camera con probabilmente la vista peggiore dalla finestra, era impossibile aprire le tende, gli ospiti dell'hotel camminavano sotto le finestre.

Wer große, weitläufige und moderne Anlagen schätzt, ist hier genau richtig! Der Service - insbesondere des Managements - ist äußerst professionell und zuvorkommend. Es könnte jedoch noch etwas an der persönlichen Note gearbeitet werden. Außerdem würde ich die Pflanzen am oberen Pool, die die Sicht auf den Gardasee leicht einschränken, entfernen.
