Staff were friendly. Clean rooms and bathrooms. Rooms not very quiet. Could hear people in the hallways opening and closing doors. Beds also need an update.

We love the convenience of this hotel in downtown Salt Lake City. The room was clean, quiet, and comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful. Overall we had a pleasant stay.

Friendly staff helped me choose a room preferred. Welcome snack was a nice touch and appreciated. Lots on offer at breakfast. The sauna needs to be fixed and a lot more user friendly. Pool was great
