The term "hidden gem" is thrown around quite a bit, but this is truly hidden and a gem. The road to arrive could use more signage. Arrive late in the evening, and had a wonderful dinner. Tender steak was made to perfection. Breakfast we were able to see the beautiful campus and lake.

Room is small but good, shower door is about to crack, needs maintenance. Pool is nice, but a los of areas around it are closed or in constructins and need maintenance. Kayak renting was awful,nold kayaks, I ended up sinking in the middle of the lake. The poor little girl just told me she knew they need upgrades, they were old and lowest quality possible.

Lo que sí: el spa y el personal del mismo: una experiencia por la que volvería. Las instalaciones exteriores y la comida buena; los meseros son súper amables, y el personal de lobby. El contacto con la naturaleza y la comodidad. Lo que no: la limpieza en la habitación y falta de mantenimiento en la misma, por ejemplo: un hoyo en la regadera oxidado (quizás de una llave que antes estaba ahí), el porta-papel higiénico cayéndose, en la alberca al final del día los huespedes dejan muy sucio, las hamacas de la alberca apestaban (eso es falta de mantenimiento). Y sobre todo la gran cantidad de personas que había, hacíamos fila para todo, desde el vallet parking hasta el check in, el personal de recepción del restaurante algo apáticos o malencarados. Los visitantes de una boda insoportables, gritando en la mesa, chistándoles a los meseros y siendo groseos, no nos dejaron disfrutar del desayuno; además, solo puedes adquirir el desayuno buffet, el cuál ubican en un área, y a nosotros nos sentaron muy lejos de la misma. Si volvería a ir, pero quizás en otras fechas, o incluso corroboraría que no tuvieran evento para realmente vivir la experiencia de relajación y quietud que se promete.

No lo recomiendo. La habitación es extremadamente pequeña, literal no cabe ni una alma más. Se escucha TODO lo que pasa afuera: puertas, voces, trabajadores caminando… imposible descansar. Además, entra muchísima luz de los pasillos durante la noche, no se puede dormir bien. Durante mi estancia había demasiadas personas trabajando en el hotel a todas horas, lo cual generaba mucho ruido. Los precios del hotel no van de acuerdo a lo que ofrecen. Es muy caro para lo reducido e incómodo del espacio (parece para una hormiga). Otra cosa que me pareció pésima: no te permiten ingresar alimentos ni bebidas y todo lo que venden ahí está exageradamente caro. Una mala experiencia en general, no volvería.
