Decent hotel, but not near anything interesting

Stayed here as a last resort after having to leave our original hotel. Hotel was seafront, but not at a great beach. It wasn't really close to anything, but it was quiet and comfortable. The staff never smiled or said hello for the entire 4 days we were there. Breakfast was good, the room was clean and it did us well in a pinch.

We had a good stay in the bed, even tough. It was very hard. We slept good. The breakfast was surprisingly huge and very tasty treats on the buffet. For me as a coffee lover, I was overly disappointed with the coffee as we were in the main country of coffee and would suggest a better coffee and system. Overall, he was great value and we felt fairly safe. The staff was always very helpful even though English is a challenge for most stuff.

O quarto tinha cheiro de mofo. Tinha que ligar o ar condicionado forte, para dormir foi um desconforto, pois nao tinha edredom no quarto. No banheiro nao possuia sabonete. Apenas no boxe aqueles frascos com shampoo e condicionador. Paga-se pela localização, pois o quarto e o café da manhã não tem nada de extraordinário.

Já havia ficado algumas vezes no hotel Verdemar, e tive experiências positivas. Porém, essa última estadia não foi boa. O hotel está com um aspecto de abandono, ambientes e móveis envelhecidos, manutenção deixando a desejar. Me alocaram em um quarto que a internet não funcionava. Reclamei e me colocaram em outro quarto, onde dessa vez o problema foi o ar-condicionado danificado, sem gelar. Novamente reclamei e me realocaram para outro quarto, onde finalmente consegui ficar. Antes eu recomendava o hotel, mas depois da experiência desse final de semana, não recomendarei mais.

O hotel é muito antigo e parte dele foi reformado . Os quartos não reformados são muito ruins. O atendimento na recepção é atencioso, mas não tem restaurante e o café da manhã é muito simples .

Bom hotel precisa de algumas melhorias

Passamos 4 dias hospedos, o atendimento foi excelente, todos muito bem aducatos de solicitos. Em termos de atendimento não tenho do que reclamar. Entretenimento a extrutura do hotel precisa de algumas reformas e manutenção. A mesinha de cabeceira estava quebrando, o controle do ar condicionado com problemas. O cafe da manha poderia ser um pouco melhor. No geral o hotel está na media, bem localizado e com um bom atendimento.
