Don’t Stay Here If You Are Not Brazilian

If you are not Brazilian, do not stay there. Not a single person speaks a word of any other language than Portuguese. I used a translation app, but one desk clerk refused to answer with an app. Instead torrents of words in Portuguese. Arrogant clerk. Beds are hard and the electrical system and switches in room are a mystery. A long walk to the historic center. Restaurant food good.

Prima hotel. Je loopt zo het centrum in (900m). Jammer dat er geen glazen in de kamer stonden om je mond te spoelen. Het was schoon. Lekker gegeten.

O serviço de limpeza só acontecia se você pedisse na portaria. Fiquei hospedado 4 dias, tive um dia de limpeza. O café da manhã começa um pouco tarde, praticamente 8 da manhã. Mas os funcionários são super simpáticos.

Funcionários perdidos e despreparados… Café da manhã pessimo, hotel super vazio e relataram que as 08:20 da manhã já tinha acabado a massa de tapioca. Rua barulhenta, roupa de cama ruim, cama desconfortável e cheia de barulho. Chegamos do jogo do Brasil às 00:15 e estava tendo festa no restaurante do hotel, foi impossível dormir com tanto barulho vindo de lá- uma tremenda falta de respeito com os hóspedes. Chuveiro sem água quente, quarto sem blackout, a porta sem estrutura, entrava m toda luz que vem lá de fora. Não indico, não recomendo !

Arrivé vers une heure du matin, nous avons la désagréable surprise de trouver l'hotel fermé, l'agent de réception n'ayant pas apparemment pas rejoint son poste. Cependant, le matin nous nous sommes rendus à l'hotel et le responsable nous a ristourné la première journée. La suite du séjour s'est très bien passée avec des agents très accueillants et chaleureux qui nous ont également renseignés sur les sites que nous souhaitions visiter. L'hotel est très bien placé au centre historique de Salvador et se trouve près du Pélorhino où on peut se rendre en moins de 10 minutes. Il est de caractère et de ce fait sans ascenseur (3 étages). Le petit déjeuner est sobre mais appétissant et bon. Au cours de notre séjour nous avons pu vérifier que la réception de nuit était bien assurée. L'hotel dispose également d'un restaurant de très bonne facture, très fréquenté par la clientèle plutôt aisée de Salvador. Il se trouve également près des plans inclinés ou des "ascenceurs" publics permettent de se rendre dans la ville basse non loin du "Mercado modelo" et du port de départ des excursions maritimes de la baie de Salvador. Nous nous sommes rendus plusieurs fois, la journée et à pied, au Mercado modelo à partir de l'hotel. La journée, dans l'environnement de l'hotel et le Pélorhino la Police est très présente et l'on se sent en sécurité. En résumé c'est un très bon hotel, bien placé.

Muito bom

Hotel muito bom, quartos amplos, ar condicionado gela bastante, adorei a decoração rústica. A equipe muito atenciosa. Roupas de cama e toalhas novas e limpinhas. Tenho somente 3 observações: Wi-Fi muito fraco, tida hora caía. O nosso quarto era após dois grandes lances de escada, então seria bom que houvesse sempre um funcionário específico disponível para auxiliar com as malas. Café da manhã com poucas opções, poderia ser um pouquinho mais variado, mas as funcionárias muito legais fizeram ovo mexido e suco que já tinham acabado para nós no primeiro dia. Tirando estes detalhes, nossa estadia de 2 dias foi muito boa!

Cheguei ao hotel cansada,21h e o recepcionista queria me cobrar novamente, afirmando que fiz pre reserva so. Mostrei recibo, extrato do cartao e,ainda assim, meu quarto so foi liberado depois de 10min e de 3 pessoas consultadas. É a segunda vez que o Hoteis.com nao repassa o pagamento da minhabreserva e gera constrangimento. Ar condicionado fraco. Hotel super barulhento, pois tem um restaurante embaixo, mas eu ja sabia. Hj pela ma ha a recepcionista mw pweguntou 4 vezes que horas eu iria embora. O hotel é lindo, limpo, cafe bom, funcionarios da impeza e do cafe otimos. Mas a recepção precisa mwlhorar muito.

Die Unterkunft liegt im alten Zentrum nahe des Hafens. Viele touristische Orte und der Hafen lassen sich gut zu Fuss erreichen. Im Hotel befindet sich auch ein Restaurant. Mein Zimmer befand sich direkt darüber und es war abends doch sehr laut. Ab ca. 23.00 Uhr war es dann ok. Das Personal ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Zum Flughafen dauert es mit dem Taxi ca. 20- 25 Minuten

hotel muito charmoso, ótima localização, quarto bonito com uma vista espetacular. Pontos negativos, sentir falta de cabideiro, apoio para colocar a mala, e o café da manhã horrível, não tinha praticamente nada, pior que pousada de beira de estrada, suco pura água, não tinha algo doce, queijo eu tive que solicitar, não tinha xícara pra tomar café. talheres pra pegar às coisas, pedir a moça da limpeza o queijo, não tem um funcionário para auxiliar os hóspedes. hotel tão agradável com um café da manhã assim, fiquei decepcionado.
