Amazing staff, by far the best hotel we stayed at between Austria and Europe. Solid breakfast with lots of options. Staff that was willing and eager to help you find your way around Salzburg and the transportation. Great location next to a lot of restaurants, bars, and shopping. Safe area. Hotel was very pretty! Definitely recommend this hotel.

The hotel was on a quiet side street that had cute shops and restaurants nearby. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The double room was just the right size with comfortable beds and very clean. We enjoyed the wine in the bar. We had a very pleasant stay for 2 nights.

Very nice room, though because of its main location it can be noisy. Also the room was kind of warm and the temperature could not be raised or lowered, it’s either off or on. Close to restaurants and shops. The staff were friendly and the included breakfast was good. Parking is not on site as stated but not to far a walk.

The staff were friendly and knowledgeable. Check in went very smoothly- they held our bags as we toured the day we arrived. The room was beautiful and the AC felt so good! We loved the breakfast. Hotel was perfectly located near the city center and walkable to everything. 10/10!

We had a very lovely welcome after a late night arrival by train. The check in person was wonderful, helping us access our room and a badly needed glass of wine to wind down after a long, difficult trip. Lovely hotel and even better staff.
