"Everything about this hotel was absolutely fantastic. And that’s coming from a person who actually had a hiccup at the hotel. I tried ordering room service via the TV since I arrived late & most of the restaurants were already closed or closing but my food never came. "Incredible staff, went out of their way to help this group of Americans with everything from quick turnaround on laundry/pressing service to providing tips on travelling around the city/country. The room was no frills when compared with what one might expect in a U.S. room, but it was clean, quiet, and a great place to sleep after days of exploring. We didn't travel halfway around the world just to hang out in a hotel room."

However, after I'd checked in, staff first tried to force me to take a second room at extra cost and then cancelled my booking before calling the immigration police. "We loved everything about this property as you can see. The staff were super helpful, great rooms, breakfast, pool area. We loved the location as it was walking distance to everything but not in the thick of everything. A nice place to go and relax at the end of a full day of sightseeing. Fantastic ice cream shop next door"
