Beautiful location. Looks like it is best for family with children. But its hard to get around by foot to restaurants near by. No direct walkway to outside even though its right next to the hotel.

We didn't like that it was wedding day ton Saturday and all restaurants were closed serving them, it was hard to find eat lunch before 4 pm . Most cafe were closed up to 4 pm.

Dropped our daughters bathing suit 3 floors down. Called front desk for assistance to retrieve it. Took them over 2 hours. Staff were rude and did not take their jjobs professiionally. As a Gold memeber of hotels.com, they did not honor the early check in or late check out. Terrible service.
