Hotel staff was good, hotel very clean. I think the only problem we have was two water leaks in bathroom ceiling and another one in room ceiling right on top of the bed.

Nice new hotel in horrible location
There was no hot water for the majority of our stay until the last night, but when there is hot water, it is nice and hot. The location is less than ideal, but the hotel is new and nice.

This is a beautiful peaceful clean new hotel with amazing staff and hospitality. Highly recommend and will definitely revisit resort. Thanks so much for excellent accommodations.

Nice hotel... centralized location.
NICE HOTEL. Surrounding not soo nice. Clean rooms. No phone in room, so if tou needed something you need to go to front desk in person. AMAZING AC,WORKS GREAT!!! Helpful staff. Unfortunately no beach access from hotel. .... ONLY BAD THING, food!... there ws no allday cook, so they only offered breakfast and dinner. And the food options were slim to none.. you had 2-3 things to choose from for dinner.

Great boutique style hotel . Super clean with great pool bar area. A bit far from center and main beaches but much more modern and comfortable at a competitive rate

Esta bien pero a un precio elevado
El hotel, como ocurre en varios hoteles de San Andrés, se encuentra sobrevalorado, esto debido a: 1. No tiene acceso a playa propia (aunque indican en comentarios anteriores que tienen acceso a un club de playa privado, vale aclarar que solo incluye gratis las actividades de Kayak y bicicleta acuática (no playa). 2. Queda retirado de los lugares turísticos como el centro, San Luis, Rocky Cay, otros. 3. No tiene tiendas cerca La experiencia con el restaurante no fue posible ya que está en reapertura y cerraban temprano. Solo probamos el desayuno que estaba bien, pero para estadías largas falta variedad. Tuvimos un inconveniente con nuestro check in a la llegada por ser primero de enero y ni una botella de agua nos brindaron mientras esperamos 3 horas a la entrega de la habitación. Mientras esperábamos en la piscina, nos percatamos que hay servicio de pasadía (hay otras personas además de los huéspedes) en las áreas comunes. El personal es muy amable, pero aun siguen en aprendizaje de servicio al cliente. Para un hotel de este valor, aun falta...

Estamos en varios procesos de reapertura, debido a cierre por pandemia, Huracán Iota y debido a que somos un hotel que lleva 1 año de Inaugurado. Muchas gracias por tu visita! A very new property with a great pool and great style. The staff are friendly and they were great with booking a mule/golf-cart to explore the island and a boat tour to Johnny Cay and Aquarius island. Would definitely stay here again.

Muy buen lugar
Todo muy bien, brindan servicio de transporte a ciertas horas para ir al Centro, lo que me pareció genial. A diairio limpiaban las habitaciones.

The only thing i will complain about is i had a flight at 8 pm and they sold our room and when we missed our flight, they got us in another hotel but the second hotel was terrible.

Usted entrego su habitación hizo el check out alas 8:00 pm, abandono el hotel. En el Aeropuerto usted pierde el vuelo y nos nos llama de inmediato, se presenta al hotel y su habitación fue asignada 3 horas de su salida. le ofreceos de cortesía la cena de ese y lo enviamos con cargo a nuestra cuenta al Hotel Portofino. lamentamos mucho que a su regreso del aeropuerto cuando ya había realizado su check out (repito) hospedado con nosotros. De igual forma el Hotel Portofino se comunicará con Usted. en lo referente al celular.

already when we got there we felt like a problem. unpleasant at the front desk, when we had problems with our door they just sighed and barely wanted to help us. You do not feel welcome at this hotel, it is not near any supermarket and no other attractions. The only thing that was ok was that the hotel was relatively clean. but not a hotel i would recommend

This hotel is very new, they just opened. We had a very pleasant stay. The staff was always friendly and tried to make our stay as comfortable as possible. The pool is really big enough and very refreshing. If you are coming to San Andrés for kitesurfing the location is quite convenient as it is only 5 walking minutes away from on of the kite spots. It’s a bit further to the main city but easy to go there by bus.
