"It was nice to be welcomed by Ricky at the airport to walk to the apartment which is just less than 500 meters away. The beach is about 10 minutes on foot and the shop to fill up drinking water is on the other side of the street which is super cool when you have to fill a big bottle for your week’s consumption. "The first day the floor was dirty , requested to clean and took more than one day . Also the floor of the hallway was slippery . Manager was notified and took actions . The swimming pool was broken and we could not use for one day then send us to another hotel were had time restrictions . They should inform guest about it . Another issue was was to see a foreign old man with two young women at the hotel . It was inappropriate for family oriented hotel . Hoping the feedback is considered and make Trigen to improve . Food was good in general but somet days the juice was not freshed . The rodizio was not the best experience ."
