The service from the staff was exceptional. The hotel is in a prime location on the Malecon and beach. We ate several times at the restaurants also breakfast daily and all meals were delicious.

Excelente, friendly. I have to give a shout out to housekeeping. They would wait till we were at breakfast, cleaned the room before we returned everyday. Left the safe open a couple times with cash in open. Not smart on my part, but never an issue. Great place

The hotel is located is a very convenient location. The rooms are big and comfortable, we stayed at a Cabaña and couldnt have asked for a better set up (two stories; King bed upstairs and two twins downstairs) I would recommend this hotel to anyone, but full transparency the hotel could use a little better maintenence in some aspects i.e. Architecturally, AC Distribution. The staff was incredibly attentive and made sure that any of our issues were addressed, ao although im saying theres a few areas for improvement, these were no show stopper and would still recommend.

The property is outdated with rooms that have strong odors of mold (very alarming to inhale that for health reasons). The staff are OK, I did came with the mentality that this was an island and 1 night only so not too bad.
