AWFUL. This place must be flagged

When I got there to check-in the lady told me that she didn’t have a bedroom for us (due to a electrical problem). She acted very arrogant and didn’t find any extra place for us.

Está ubicado en una zona comercial tranquila donde encuentras almacenes, supermercados y cafeterías, a tres cuadras de la playa principal de San Andres. Sus habitaciones son comodas, limpias, cuenta con nevera, aire acondicionado y algunas con armario. El personal es amable. Por mejorar el wi-fi, ya que su señal es inestable.

Central is Where it is

Place is really a hotel but without food or a restaurant. Office is manned 24-hours per day on the second floor. No one on the ground floor but surveillance cameras pipe up the view to the office. Staff was helpful and friendly and very accommodating in many ways. It is about four short blocks to the beach and esplanade but so are many other hotels in the neighborhood. Commonplace to see other beach-goers coming and going on the sidewalks.

Stayed her one night because our flight got cancled. The room was very dirty. The whole bathroom was filled with sand and when I asked for getting it clean it was like they didn’t care. Terrible, would avoid to stay here.

O hotel é bem simples, mas a localização excelente. Roupa de cama e toalhas trocadas diariamente. Cama pouco confortável, roupa de cama de poliester: ruim, banheiro alagava quando tomávamos banho, o que acabava molhando o quarto também. No segundo dia de estadia, pegaram uma toalha minha que estava em cima da cama e, mesmo eu tendo avisado pelo menos duas vezes ao dia (ao sair e ao retornar), a toalha não foi devolvida! Achei um absurdo, já que ela foi retirada 2 dias antes de eu ir embora e o aviso foi imediato. A equipe é desatenta e dá pouquíssimas informações sobre a ilha. 4 lances de escada. Wi-fi não funcionava bem.

Tengan mucho cuidado no reciben tarjetas de crédito, el administrador piensa que con gritar intimida a la gente, es un patán grosero y solo busca no pagar impuestos, la calidad del cuarto es muy mala, si pueden eviten usar este hotel, me pidio que fuera con un completo extraño para usar el datafono esta loco!! si cree que alguien cuerdo se van con el que el diga, REALLY IS A CRAP HOSTEL!! OR PROBABLY WORST

gute Lage, schlechtes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis

Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis stimmt meines Erachtens überhaupt nicht. Zu teuer für das was es bietet. Als "Hostel" würde ich die Unterkunft nicht betiteln, eher ein normales Hotel. Das Zimmer war nicht sehr sauber, auf dem Bett hatte es noch Haare (evtl. vom Vorgänger oder von der Putzfrau). Frühstück wird nicht angeboten. Das WLAN ist kaum zu gebrauchen. Ein Plus ist die Dachterrasse mit schönem Ausblich auf die kleine Stadt und einen Teil vom Meer. Die Lage ist gut, in 5 Gehminuten ist man am Hauptstrand der Insel. Supermärkte und sonstige Einkaufsmöglichkeiten direkt in der Nähe.

Rent og fint hotell. God aircondition som fungerte, kjøleskap på rommet og kort vei til restauranter, stranda etc. Ikke så mange fasiliteter på rommet (enkle rom), men var både TV og kjøleskap.
