Was a great stay, staff was friendly, food was great and it was in a great area. Everything you needed is pretty much 5 to 10 mins away by foot. Overall great experience and would stay here again.

As for most of the hotels there, the surroundings are not that great, but it is safe and at a short walk from the beach. The sea is quite nice.

You can't beat the location. Close to the airport, beach, restaurants, and shops. The hotel is very nice, big doubke room. However, there is no alcohol being served in the restaurant but you can bring your own. But for drinking your own wine they chatge 8US$!!

i liked the roof top restaurant for their included breakfast . Waiters were friendly and fast . the view was great and the food was good. Coffee was fresh and hot.

Overall the hotel is nice. Didnt give a 5 star rating because I had a rough start the first night. Balcony sliding door couldn't lock, and the balcony blind fell off. These were fixed the next day. Nice place tp stay, closer to the beach and restaurants within walking distance. Friendly staff. The hotel is clean, noce cirw of the landscape from the 6th floor pool and restaurant areas.

The hotel is modern, conveniently located and clean which is what was hoping for when I originally booked. We had an incident where the air conditioner stopped working for hours, which is extremely worrisome in a majority hot climate like San Andres. The hotel upgraded us to a larger room and provided a complimentary meal to make up for the inconvenience. I was happy with the professionalism of the staff and condition of the hotel. Additionally, the view from the rooftop is excellent along with the pool. I would recommend staying here if you’re looking for a good option at a reasonable price.

Everything was nice, with the exception of they need to have alcohol/sell it and in the rooms they have to have more hanging options for your towels and coats etc. No counter space for your belongings in the bathroom. Also the jacuzzi needs to be hotter on cooler & windier days.

Great location, close to the beach and close enough to the main scene area but far enough you can escape the noise. Front desk was nice and friendly, the only problem I had with the hotel was the wait staff in the restaurant. They’re not very welcoming or nice, most of the time they don’t even acknowledge you’re there until they feel like it.

Many times front desk unstaffed. Took close to an hour to register had to track down someone in the building and t to his person could not register. First time in my life I saw this in an hotel in regular hours and with many other guests arriving after us.

This hotel was excellent. Seemed to be a newer property with all modern decor. The staff was friendly and helpful. They found out it was my birthday and brought me a complimentary brownie and ice cream. The bed and pillows were extremely comfortable. Great AC, some nights I had to Turn it down because it worked so well. Free breakfast was delicious. 4 different options all made fresh. Beautiful view of Johnny cay island from the restaurant and rooftop pool. No alcohol served at the restaurant but you are allowed to bring your own bottle. 2 min walk from the beach and lots of restaurants.

Overall a really nice hotel. The rooftop pool is excellent, with great views of the sea. Staff super welcoming and helpful. Breakfast was average.

Sea Avenue hotel was amazing. It is located just 2 mins away from the beach via walking. The breakfast is good, the staff are extremely friendly and helpful. The bed was very soft and comfy but when you leave the room the A/C shuts off so your room can and will get hot if you’re out all day. Overall it was an amazing stay. Will definitely stay again.

Good new hotel close to the beach and the airport (walking) in the center. The AC is directly over the bed unfortunately and hot water takes is intermittent (takes looong to arrive). WiFi is good and TV is a smart one with all the popular apps. Breakfast I didn't try. Pool is small but the view it's nice. Be sure to check renting a bike to bike around the island.

Property is beautiful, concierge was rude and condescending, did not want to help with check in and showed a general lack of concern for guests. Also be aware that because of quote “Christian” values, the restaurant and bar does not serve alcohol, which they fail to mention in their booking. I would have given an even worse review had it not been for the room service staff, who were relatively accommodating, my overall opinion, Americans find somewhere else to stay. You do not want this kind of service on your vacation.
