"Loved our stay in Quito. Edwin was an amazing host - picking us up late and dropping us back at the airport very early 5 days later. His apartment was perfect! "Didn't realize this was the same horrible "management" as for prior stay, so endured same horrible property conditions again. Much equipment didn't work, NO attempt to fix anything, rude "help", no airport meet as promised, no change of linens after 2 days, (as promised!). I'd never stay at any of these "Suites" properties in Quito ever again & strongly recommend all these be avoided, so they don't ruin other people's trips as they did mine."

"It offers the top of the world feel. It is facing the statue of Angel and has sweeping views of the city, the iconic churches, etc. it has a nice restaurant with good breakfast. Dinner with nice food in the candle light and lights of the city is memorable. We highly recommend it. Hotel is beautifully decorated. James at the front desk was very ready to respond and help at any time, which I really appreciated. To enjoy the best of the hotel, I suggested not to book a standard room. I booked a standard room. It had no views and was too small. "
