"The apartment is nice, but be aware that the owner is quite inflexible. When we learned we were unable to have friends over in the apartment (building policy not mentioned to us at any point), we requested to leave. The owner was completely inflexible, and threated to charge us additional an amount if we continued to request an early checkout. If you're looking for a quick stay with a washer go ahead- but if you want more use of the apartment look elsewhere."

"The place advertised Wi-Fi but that wasn’t available. It’s near a very noisy bar that plays music late. Large property but difficult to gain entry."

"It is a beautiful place if you like quietness, nice small lakes on the property, horses, and plenty of fresh air. Breakfast is also great. "

"Location is convenient with ggod views. 24 hour doorman, always very nice. The bad...communication is non existent with the owner..I sent texts by whatsapp and emailed and both were ignored. I left a couple of weeks ago and never did get a response."

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The apartment was clean and had all the items needed for a comfortable stay. The host Ana responded very quickly whenever we had a question and was very helpful. Location is very convenient. I 100% recommend staying here and this place will be at the top of my list the next time I need to stay in Quito. "

"The Good - location, location, location, In the heart of central Quito with a nice grocery store two doors up the street and a decent one across the street, and plenty of good restaurants close by, Room was spacious, had a mini-fridge, an outside patio area, and a central courtyard with seats, tables, sofas and such. The Bad - Not for mobility impaired as there is no elevator. The Ugly - no parking and street parking is often unavailable. If uou want a Hilton or Hyatt type hotel, you will not like the hotel. But, if you want kind of a funky, relaxed, cool experience, you will like it."

"Service was great and the hotel and room were beautiful. I upgraded my room based on pictures and the tub didn't have a working plug so I couldn't take a bath after a long travel day. I forgot to say anything to the staff. I would check that the tub was functional before upgrading now."

"This is an spectacular hotel. Top class. Do not think about staying anywhere else. You feel like you are saying in a 5 Diamond Hotel. All new, rooms are amazing, service is top. Breakfast buffet pretty much the same everyday, but none the less excellent. Great location. "
