"DO NOT book this property no matter how cheap the price. After checking in, the bathroom pipe burst spraying water all over. Cable TV, according to the manager, was not available because the receiver caught fire. No light switch for the overhead light. You have to turn the light bulb so you can sleep. Early in the morning the staff started making noise as if they have no guests. TERRIBLE place. STAY AWAY! "

"There was enough room for the people in my party. The only thing that was not mentioned in the advertisement is the need for your own ride in going to and from the member beach house or you can use the shuttle bus for 100 PHP per person each way. The property is far from the town proper."
