Breakfast personnel were great. Very helpful even when not requested, friendly. Room was clean and comfortable. Admittedly, weather was terrible, but parking lot was so flooded that I would have had to remove my canvas shoes and socks to reach my car in 3-4 inches of water. Staff st the front desk were extremely helpful. Would definitely stay there again.

The front check-in lady was slow (kept blaming the computer system). She simply seemed as if she did not want to be there. The juice machine was out of order for breakfast and they did not offer anything to replace it for the kids (I'm not giving coffee to my 10 year-old). The hotel was good. The beds were comfortable and the room was good.

Staff was very friendly (& efficient), but they need help. Of the 3 we had contact with, there’s only 1 employee at night, running the entire hotel. Every room needs a “make-up” mirror, so the ladies can “fix their faces.” Other than needing mirrors, the rooms were well appointed, THANKS!

Room was cool and clean but the halls were heavily perfumed, seemingly covering up some mold smell. Noticed that moldy smell just inside our doorway the second morning, right before checking out. Breakfast staff on Sunday morning was phenomenal, as always! Real food options are great, not just carbs.
