Our hotel employs maintenance staff 24/7 that can go into your room to correct the water temperature issue. Please know that all full service downtown San Antonio hotels charge for parking, as do most downtown hotels in other Texas cities. Our valet parking fees are among the lowest in the city, where many of our competitors charge between 50 and 60 per night. Our laundry service is available upon request, it is in/out same day service when collected by 8:00am. We are proud to share exercise facilities with our sister property across the street. For your breakfast items; our Alamo Café is open 6:30am to 1:00pm daily. The Crockett Hotel is a Historic Hotel, which hopefully explains the aging aspect of our hotel. Upon looking into your reservation you had booked for just two double, however we do have Double Queens that if you had reserved for the room type during a future stay or inquired about about a possible upgrade into them, provided we have the availability for the duration of your stay. We will absolutely pass on information to the Alamo Cafe Coffee Bar that you weren't too happy with the Coffee Bean selection in hopes of improving their quality.
