The rooms were clean, but very outdated, the conditions of the exterior of most building were outdated and in poor condition and tile walk ways and steps, were in poor condition. Received maid service only once, even though we requested this service for alternated days. The cost of the green fees seem how high, due to the golf course condition. The Clubhouse, Proshop, Restuarant & Bar all were very nice, the food and service and freindliness of the staff was all great! However,

The beds were so uncomfortable that I didn’t sleep at all. Then add the barking dogs next door and the showers hot water didn’t last long. For as much as we paid it should have been better.

If you're looking for a great getaway to forget the outside world, this is the place. You have to try the ice cream sandwiches as well.

Tapatio Springs has a gorgeous club house with fire pit, excellent restaurant and a lovely golf course however the guest rooms definitely need a facelift to match the those renovations. The bed was comfy and the room was clean but the bathroom lacked a lot. Overall nice stay for the price paid.

The property was quiet and very few guests the night we stayed so we enjoyed the privacy. Was disappointed that there were no vending machines to purchase sodas, etc. Overall the staff and facilities were great.

We were very disappointed in the condition of the room. The Registration area was very nice and seeing that is was listed as a “resort” and the high price they were asking, we assumed the rooms would be very upscale as well. They weren’t. Very dated, but clean.

Tapatio Springs under the stars
Enjoyable stay. Large room with comfy bed. Enjoyed the delicious food from the bar/restaurant in the evening while sitting on the patio listening to live music. Also, there was a nice breeze with a beautiful view. After we were done with dinner and dessert, my husband and I laid out under the stars by the pool on hammocks. This was our 3rd stay there and look forward to our next one!

It was an okay place to stay. When I hear resort in the name, I expect a certain level of modernization. The buildings for the rooms are older & have been painted in an attempt to modernize, but the bathroom was small & something you’d find at a standard roadside motel. Could go back if we’re ever in the area, but not a must do again.

Really beautiful property. Rooms are a little dated, but overall, it's worth the price. Other resorts in the area have nicer rooms, but the they are more crowded and don't have the lovely grounds that this resort does. I do recommend checking your receipts. We were charges twice for the pet fee and received the wrong bill for dining. I don't think this was intentional and everyone makes mistakes, but it was a bit disconcerting.
