This time stayed in some of places changing and spa area closed ☹️ .. Overall still good especially staff at KTM resort very friendly and nice

The place are ok but theirs staff not helpful. There offer a private parking but its not thru lies only . Staff at café are not helpful cannot make customers happy. We go for breakfast but allowed even we will pay reception. Please check for next customer not get the bad Services.

Arrival /check-in experience excellent. Most Front Office personnel were helpful n courteous, especially Ms Citra. All other staff were just as polite, but English can be better n will assist them in an international clientele/ environment. Rooms were dated but clean, bathroom is new n water pressure is good. Buffet beakfast spread was good but the 2nd morning was a set meal (due to low occupancy?). Had meals at the Bar, n all meals were well cooked n presented. Location is isolated, no nearby shopping malls n attractions. But love the overall environment, excellent for a break n doing nothing! Love the sunset (have posted them in the KTM Resort Facebook page). Overall, a great stay, will return n have recommended friends to do the same.

Lovely view but disappointed service.

Lovely resort but the dust in the room woke me up and ended up with a running nose. Restaurant food was delicious. I move to the villa and the bathroom will flood after shower. Lots of facilities for all ages and the plane fly across the resort every 5 minutes.

Best family bonding place

Most of the staff are friendly and reliable and helpful. Especially the buggy driver from Aceh (didn't catch his name) who literally helped my mum onto the vehicle each time we took his ride. Most of all, my mum and our family are very happy to have spent our holiday retreat here. We are considering to come back again next time.

친절한 직원, 멋진 석양, 청결한 숙소 너무 좋았습니다.

저희는 여자 둘이서 싱가포르 하버프론트에서 배를 타고 인도네시아 세쿠팡으로 갔습니다. 호텔스닷컴에는 분명 걸어서 숙소가 7분이라 했는데 잘못된 정보이며, 지도의 표시 위치도 다릅니다. 수정하셔야 할 듯합니다. 걸어서 7분이라는 말을 듣고 걸어가려는데 어찌나 호객행위를 하시는지 밤 9시에 도착해서 그런지 호객행위하는 사람들이 너무 무서워 보였습니다. 차타고 7분이며, 세쿠팡 부두에서 북쪽으로 끝에 위치하고 있습니다. 가시려면 미리 호텔 서비스를 신청하시든가 택시를 타세요. 저희는 결국 호객행위하는 사람들을 벗어나 길 물어보려고 정복입으신 분들이 계시기에 이야기 했더니 저희 상항을 듣고 오토바이 뒤에 타고 데려다 주셨습니다. 감사의 사례비를 드렸는데 시세보다 좀 더 드렸습니다.(보통 택시 30분에 1000,000 바트 약8천원) 암튼 숙소에 왔는데 늦게 도착해 저희가 원한 트윈 베드가 아니어서 실망했으나 다음날 트윈 방으로 바꾸어 주셨습니다. 숙소도 깨끗하고, 하우스 키핑도 매일 해주시고, 침구류도 깔끔하고, 세탁서비스도 좋았으며, 저렴한 가격에 아침도 맛있었습니다. 향신료를 많이 넣지 않거나 아메리칸 스타일로 나와서 좋았습니다. 저녁식사를 레스토랑에서 먹었는데 게 요리와 생선 요리가 맛있었습니다. 얼음도 부탁드렸는데 예쁘게 컵에 담아 주셔서 감동이었습니다. 수영장이 있는데 밤에 이용했는데 한적한데다 하늘의 별이 보여 튜브(2개가 있었음)를 타고 하늘 별 보았던 것이 가장 생각이 납니다. 밤 12시 까지 이용할 수 있습니다. 숙소 밖 왼쪽으로 나가면 카페가 있는데 시간이 늦어 못 갔지만 입장료를 받았습니다. 그리고 더 내려가면 해수욕장이 있는데 일요일에 주민들이 많이 이용하더라고요. 참고로 숙소에는 해변가는 없습니다. 숙소 바로 문을 열면 바다고 파도치는 소리 때문인지 3M 귀마개를 주셨습니다. 전 오히려 바다 파도소리가 더 좋았고. 앉을 의자도 있어서 앉아서 멀리 바다를 보면 싱가포르가 보입니다. 아 그리고 저희 여자 둘이서 인도네시아가 처음이다 보니 프론트 여직원분이(이름이 aulia 이셨음) 걱정이 되셨는지 자신의 카독 아이디를 알려 주시며 혹시 일이 생기거나 궁금한 것이 있으면 연락 하라고 하시더라고요. 완전 고마웠습니다. 따로 연락을 드릴일은 없었으나 그 마음이 너무 감사했습니다. 마지막 날 인사드리려 했는데 못 드리고 나와 카톡으로 연락드리고 감사의 마음을 전했습니다. 그리고 마지막 체크아웃하고 나서는 리조트에서 제공해주신 무료 셔틀을 타고 세쿠팡 부두에서 싱가포르로 잘 왔습니다. 리조트가 위치도 좋고 바다를 볼 수 있어서 너무 좋았고 석양이 멋있고 밤에 12시 까지 수영장에서 별을 보며 하루를 마감할 수 있어서 너무 행복한 시간이었습니다. 친구와 하룻밤 더 머물고 싶다는 이야기를 했습니다.

Excellent breakfast and pool. Nice staff. Oddly they only provide extremely thick duvets for bed coverings, and it was 28"C. Also, they had a nice verandah outside our room, but the lights were so bright we could not enjoy the ocean in the evening, and the light shone into our room too. The big disappointment was the pond that they advertise as being suitable for snorkelling. It is filthy and has little fresh water circulating through it. I would not even dip my toes in it.

Love it

This is our third/fourth time coming back to stay at KTM. It's a very lovely laidback resort, suitable if you wish to enjoy your time chilling and enjoy the sea breeze. The staff are friendly and the room is clean. Wish there were still rooms available during our trip, always sold out. Enjoyed our dinner at the ombak bar, as well as the normal restaurant. We'll definitely come back here again! My boyfriend and I love this hotel alot. There's a fishing jetty too!

The room is not soundproof that every little conversation next door could be heard. We were hoping for a relaxing and quiet weekend but cut short our stay as we could not sleep at night as it was way too noisy!! Not going back again.
