"Clean, nice"

"Three nights were not enough! My friend and I truly enjoyed our stay. From the valet to the housekeeping staff everything and everyone was exceptional. Night time could get loud from the Riverwalk side so if you are a light sleeper, take the city view. But a few hours at night (9-12) of loud music could be worth having a view of the Riverwalk. "

"This is a lovely hotel, in a great location. Just be sure not to book a room overlooking the atrium as the live music might keep you awake. I had to endure loud thumping music into the early hours (1-2 am). When I asked if this was normal I was met with a vague answer and no offer to move my room. I was considering extending my stay but decided against it."

"We had blood stains on the floor in our bathroom as soon as we walked in. The living area was not mopped. The lock on the door to the balcony was broken. They transferred us to another cleaner room without a balcony but refused to give us a discount, even though they have a sign at the front desk that states if we are not satisfied with the cleanliness, the night is on them. They only offered us 1000 honor points which is far from covering the cost of one night. We pre paid (mistake) for a balcony room and spent all 3 nights of our stay in a non balcony room. "

"The parking fees are excessive. Since I arrived i did not move my car and used an Uber. I was still billed an additional $400 in added fees and for what i still don't know. I was told it would be $120 when I arrived. Ridiculous amount of added fees. Not happy!"

"The hotel was clean and the breakfast was good. My only issue was the elevators. They were moving slow but other than that we had a great stay"
