A wonderful historic hotel! The location is perfect for walking to the mall, the Riverwalk, The Alamo, and the many nearby shops. Everyone, whether checking in, valet, or at the restaurant was friendly and welcoming. We will definitely be back!

The stay was nice. It was a beautiful hotel in a great location. The staff was friendly. We did not receive the VIP promotional upgrades or the bottle of wine. Room was small! Couldn’t tell from photos-it’s an old hotel that’s been redone-but had some weird things were difficult!
