Hotel Valencia Riverwalk
The hotel was great, however, I didn’t receive my free wine, was not offered upgrades nor any “perks” I was supposed to receive as part of my gold status.

Hyatt Vacation Club at Wild Oak Ranch, San Antonio
Great room, all the resort amenities were excellent especially the heated pool. Enjoyed the walking trails too. All the people staying there were respectful of others.
