"Die Unterkunft hatte unsere Bewertungen erfüllt und ist zweckmäßig. Die Lage ist okay, man hat einen schönen Ausblick auf die Bucht und Puerto Rico. Man muss sich nur bewusst sein, dass entweder viele Treppen oder Steigung an der Straße überwunden werden muss, um zu Fuß die Unterkunft zu erreichen. Dies war uns vom Anfang bewusst und es war ein tägliches Training :D Klimaanlage und Zimmersafe sind vorhanden. Würden nochmal wiederkommen."

"Room was great. BUT We were placed on the first floor which has the balcony right along the littered road with quite limited view. No option for an alternate room. Pool lovely. Not overcrowded but deep. No real shallow end. “Parking” was free 15 minute walk downhill. We were on a wait list for paid parking close to hotel for the full week. Never got any. "

"Einen Tag nach Ankunft: Ameisen im Zimmer, auch auf dem Bett.
Das Personal war nicht besonders freundlich und hilfsbereit bei der Bitte um Hilfe. Das Zimmer wurde dann auf mehrmalige Nachfrage nochmals gereinigt, danach war das Thema erledigt. Über die (vom Hotel beworbene) App wurde außerdem ein "Late Checkout" angefragt - darauf kam nie eine Antwort.
Die Einrichtung ist teilweise nicht mehr besonders wohnlich, z.B. Risse im Sofa, abfallende Verkleidungen in der Küche.

"Staff and accommodation are good. A little tired compared to our last visit nine years ago. There were unfortunately many feral cats in the area around the hotel which was no fault of the establishment, but worth a mention. We were in room 636 which was nice. Only fly in the ointment was the music from the Monaco Mar restaurant opposite.It was loud and the piano player/singer was awful. It ruined any hope we had of spending a nice evening on our balcony.
