"Great location , amazing staff and very clean , lovely breakfast , really big rooms with separate bedrooms , just a bit tired and dated , rooms don’t come with a kettle but I asked and was given one immediately , shame aircon only in lounge area not bedroom I found it too hot even leaving door open to bedroom and it wasn’t summer time ! I had an accident and had to go to hospital , staff on reception really helpful sorting which hospital to use and a taxi ! Only thing pre travel is I had lots of messages on Expedia from the hotel about choosing rooms etc and they were all in Spanish !"

"Rooms were super clean, hotel was laid back and quiet, food was a little restrictive for a vegetarian. Overall hotel was worth the visit. Only reason not a 5 is the small things. Looking to charge for everything above all including - 1€ to get a clean towel, €2 to use the safe, no replenishment of coffee or water in the room…. Should just do all-inclusive and not worry about making an extra €10!"
