"The building combines two hotels - Dona Manuela and Puerta de Sevilla. The staff were excellent in the check in process and explaining the building layout. Fruit, coffee/tea were available in the lobby to the guests. There was also a lovely sun terrace on the 3rd floor with lots of seats and tables to enjoy the fresh air and sunshine. The room was comfortable - just big enough for two people and luggage - with big windows overlooking the street below. The bathroom was bright and clean, though...

"La entrada del edificio olió lo de 5 días a caño, el desagüe de la regadera estaba tapado y se salía el agua, tardaron 36 horas en mandar a alguien a destaparlo, se reporto que la regadera no funcionaba y el técnico no la pudo arreglar y los 5 días tuvimos que bañarnos con la de mano, 🔚 finalmente hubo una confucion con el día de salida que ya estamos reclamando y las señoritas fueron agresivas y majaderas, tengo los watts, pésima experiencia "

"Blankets were dirty and super smelly. The entire apartment also smells. Room was extremely cold the first night but AC was fixed quickly starting the 2nd night. Bathroom was also cold. No handrail along the stairs so we got to be extra careful to not trip and fall. It is not a cozy place but has a great location close to everywhere."
