"Incredible staff. I really wish I would have gotten the woman’s name that attended us because she was amazing. She was probably the friendliest and kindest person I have ever had the pleasure of meeting.
This place is about a 10 min walk from the city center. It has a nice pool that was incredibly clean. I like this place because it has a set up where it encourages guests to hang around the pool area, which some people did.
I would definitely stay here again.

The address that Hotels.com reflects for the location is different than the one the location ended up sending me so I drove around for a while trying to find the location, so if your going to this location in a taxi make sure you confirm the address. 3. This review is for the hotel and the service. We came down for breakfast. The guy taking our order didn’t write any of it down- it was 3 of us. They forgot my mom’s chilaquiles, an order of fruit and a milkshake. There was a family next to us who got their full order- I proceeded to cancel our items. The excuse was “the cook stepped out”. Will not be returning.
