Very modern hotel. Beautiful views of the Lake and it is at edge of the Lake Nahuel Huapi. Absolutely Beautiful! The employees are very attentive and smiles in their faces. Breakfast is excellent. Lots of pastries at the Argentinian style, beside fruits and cold cuts.

Located in noisy area

Note that the hotel is located next to a very busy road. Rooms on the road side are quite noisy and hot.

Its a quite stunning view hotel, will not rated as 5 stars, but is a very nice hotel, walkable from city center. Not very good internet conection. But overall very nice

Beautiful hotel! Rooms were nice and clean and very comfortable. The customer service was great. Loved the pool! We had dinner at the resto one night and it was fab. Only thing I’d suggest is asking for a room that doesn’t adjoin to another because you can hear everything next door.

This hotel is splendid and in very good condition, the situation of the hotel is magnificent. The food, breakfast and one dinner were ok, but there are good dining options close at hand. Staff very helpful.

Péssimo atendimento e comodidade. Não vale o valor

Cheguei ao hotel e fui muito mal atendida por um recepcionista extremamente grosso e mal-educado, que estava trabalhando na noite do dia 10/08/25. A reserva era para um casal, mas acabei indo com meu filho de 6 anos. No site Hotéis.com informava que haveria uma taxa adicional de 450 reais, mas o hotel me cobrou absurdos US120 por dia a mais, mesmo ele dormindo na cama conosco. O quarto não tem ar-condicionado, informação que foi omitida na reserva. O café da manhã é muito fraco, com poucas opções, e frequentemente não repõem os itens quando acabam. O restaurante também deixa a desejar, com comida de qualidade baixa. Além disso, fiz uma reserva para meus pais com cama king, mas foram colocados em um quarto com duas camas de solteiro. Mesmo o erro sendo do hotel, o atendente foi grosseiro e inflexível. No geral, o hotel não entrega o que promete, tem um atendimento ruim e acabou saindo bem mais caro que outras opções muito melhores. Não recomendo.

De bom só a vista e o aquecimento! Funcionários extremamente mal educados. Crianças não são bem vindas! Te expulsam dos lugares, não tem gentileza e muito menos empatia. Café da manhã bem mediano, igual todos os dias, qq pousada serve um café melhor. Hotel de 2 a 3 estrelas. Nada mais do que isso. Não voltaria!

Hotel com uma bela vista — e só. Os quartos são extremamente simples, com aquecimento central controlado exclusivamente pelo hotel. O aquecedor não desliga, e durante a noite o quarto se transforma em uma verdadeira sauna, mesmo com temperaturas negativas do lado de fora. A única solução é abrir a janela para tentar equilibrar a temperatura. O café da manhã é decepcionante. Durante os cinco dias de estadia, foram servidos sempre os mesmos tipos de pães e acompanhamentos. Frutas frescas? Apenas maçãs. As demais são todas em conserva, como frutas enlatadas. A chamada "academia" é praticamente inexistente: uma esteira, uma bicicleta ergométrica, um elíptico, alguns colchonetes e halteres de até 6kg. Nada mais. O atendimento também deixa a desejar. Em uma das noites, chegamos com uma criança dormindo no colo e várias bagagens nas mãos. Mesmo com um funcionário do hotel parado ao lado da porta, ninguém se ofereceu para ajudar ou sequer abriu a porta. A piscina só abre às 11h da manhã. Na única manhã livre que tínhamos para usá-la entre 10h e 11h, fomos surpreendidos com a informação de que estava fechada, embora a porta estivesse aberta. As crianças já estavam dentro da piscina quando tentaram expulsá-las. Só conseguimos autorização após insistirmos muito com o gerente, que nos tratou com rispidez e falta de respeito, ao invés de demonstrar empatia. Esse hotel definitivamente não corresponde à classificação de 5 estrelas. Deveria ser reavaliado para, no máximo, 3 estrelas.

O hotel fica bem localizado e tem uma estrutura muito bacana. A vista do restaurante e da piscina é linda. Além disso, o meu quarto era maravilhoso (olhem a foto do banheiro). Não dei nota máxima porque eu achei que o café da manhã poderia ter mais opções saudáveis. Como sugestão, penso que o hotel poderia oferecer alguns mimos (Eu gosto sempre de receber uma taça de espumante no check in, frigobar e café cortesia). São alguns detalhes que valorizam a estadia, pois são acolhedores. O funcionários foram muito receptivos e eficientes. Então, no geral, eu recomendo muito o hotel. obs: tive um problema com a reserva de trasnfer (não foi informado que o valor deveria ser pago em efetivo). Penso que a gerencia deveria verificar o ocorrido para evitar que problemas semelhantes acabem por prejudicar a imagem do hotel.
