We stayed 4 nights in this hotel that made us felt welcome and safe. Reception staff is very helpful, amicable, respectful, and warm. They invest time and care in guests. The hotel is comfortable, very clean, with an excellent location, just a block from the Civic Center. Breakfast is continental plus! Lots of options to choose from. We had a good dinner one night that we didn’t go out. I recommend it!

Super friendly & helpful staff (front desk dining housekeeping). The hotel is new and everything is in really nice condition. Close to downtown, but just far enough away to be a bit quieter. I would definitely recommend staying here in Bariloche.

Nice quiet hotel within easy walking distance to restaurants and shops. Had a nice view of the lake from my room. About a 20 minute ride from the airport. Breakfast was similar to most hotels with eggs, toast, cereals, fruit, meat, and cheese.
