One of the best places I’ve ever stayed at. The staff were incredible, the view from our room a dream, and the wine overlooking the lake was so beautiful. The massages were outstanding, the jacuzzi a nice way to relax, and even a cat came to visit our room that was the highlight of my Bariloche trip.

This is a very nice hotel with magnificent views. The bed is comfortable. The room is clean. Breakfast is very good and has everything you could want. The staff are warm and friendly. We felt very welcome. When there was a problem with our room, the hotel went above and beyond to make things right.

I stayed at this property for 5 nights in April 2025. This hotel had amazing views of the lake Nahuel Huapi. They restaurant had great dining options and amazing spa.
