The king bed was very comfortable. The room was very large and very nicely decorated with two comfortable chairs to relax in, table to eat at and a desk. There was a pergola area. An Oxxo was across the street. Parking by room had great light for safety. We will be return customers again in thd future.

Everything was fine except checkout they wanted to keep half the deposit because of dirty plates and, I was told there was a pink notice near the sink that said that if dishes were left dirty it would come out of the deposit but there was no such notice on or near the sink or anywhere in the suite. I would hope they add this detail to the check in process.

En general las instalaciones están bien; lo que no fue agradable fue que había fiestas en algunos cuartos y mucho ruido en los pasillos; si eres alguien que solo busca un lugar para descansar, no lo recomiendo.

Everything seemed nice until I walked in into my room. There were about ten crickets inside my room, and in the balcony area, there were A LOT more. Seemed like a plague of crickets and other bugs every where. Disgusted by all the crickets and bugs inside and outside the bedroom!

Registration was fast, the staff were friendly and efficient. The beds were a little too hard and it was almost midnight when i realized the bed was a little broken and it probably wasnt going to male it overnight so i jad to come down to front desk and habe simeone fix. They were pretty quick about it but i would have liked that they have

Unsafe. Room key isn't safe. My husband left his phone and credit card on the night stand while going to the pool. It was stolen and the door was locked. The office staff didn't understand English at all and no one helped us.

Horrible mistake in choosing this "Hotel"
I arrived only to find out that the person who was also to accompany me had to cancel his trip due to Covid-19 & Pregnancy complication of his daughter in Law. Once checked in, I immediately discovered that the Hotel & it's operating staff were completely incompetent in all areas of Hotel Management. Los Jitos Hotel & Suites did NOT have internet or a Wi-Fi Signal, that would've allowed me to immediately cancel Mr. Jose H. Enriquez's reservations. There was no TV signal as well. The A/C & Toilet did work well. Overall, I give it a -1 Hotel rating. I'd NEVER stay there again, not even as a gift.

Overall it was okay. The rooms where clean and specious. The biggest drawback was the noise. Our room was on the 2nd floor just below the pool area and there was a lot of doors banging and kids making noise and running up and down the hall right outside of our door. Making for a very noisy night.

My family and I had a blast. This was our first stay at this hotel, and after staying at a few other more expensive hotels this was a friendly surprise. Although it was a short stay only 3 days and 2 nights the pools were well maintained and the slides made it even more enjoyable for the family. We went during the weekday so we pleasantly enjoyed a quiet stay at this hotel. Definitely would like to stay here again. And we expect the same experience going forward.

Nice place for a weekend getaway
This is a nice clean inexpensive hotel that is pet friendly, the rooms are clean and spacious. We had a 2 queen bed room with refrigerator, microwave and small kitchen. Great for overnight or a weekend stay. As a bonus if traveling with children there is a large outdoor pool area on the roof, three pools one with water slides. There are tables etc to eat and a nice view of the water. Also lots of nice restaurants close by.

wi-fi terrible
overall the room was nice. the balcony area should be cleaned once in awhile. the chairs and table dirty. the wifi was horrible. they need to install more access points. the front desk blamed the internet provider. room 203 shower was horrible. the drain was clogged. every time a bath was taken, you did it in standing water..uugggghhh.

Nice hotel 5 minutes away from the beach
I was very happy with my stay at los Jitos. The staff are very nice, they have security cameras and guards, the room was very clean. I loved the rooftop pools and the water slide. It’s disappointing at first when you get there because the place looks abandoned but the actual entrance is to the back of the building. The price is great during off season. I’m definitely coming back!

Good value
Very large room, clean and comfortable, and it even had a little balcony. The wifi wasn't great but it was free and it did work a bit. This was the 3rd time we stayed at this hotel and we wouldn't hesitate to stay again.

Not what I was hoping for
The room was clean and comfortable, but the hotel was undergoing renovations, which was unknown to me at the time of booking. Not only was the pool out of service, there were loud construction noises throughout the day. I wasn't expecting much for the price, but I did think I would be able to relax by the pool in the afternoons.

Hotel was ok. To many stairs for us to climb though. Ok for younger people. We must say that one of the staff that looked after us was an amazing young lady. Her name was Loida ! She went out if her way to help us ! Thank you Loida! 🤗🇨🇦
