"Everything on this hotel was great. All around. Staff went above and beyond. Amenities very nice. Cleanliness on the spot. I guess my only observation is that I wasn't able to control successfully the climate inside my hotel room. The thermostat didn't seem to be working properly so all the time it was a little colder than I wanted it. Other than that, everything was amazing. Thank you. "

"Not overly crowded. Room was huge with 2 queen beds, full kicthen, stove, plates, cups. Tiki bar was awesome. Food was awesome. Room service was fast. Ordered our food and it was at the door within 10min. Check in was ease. Will definitely be back! "

"Receptionist all of them probably the most professional people I’ve ever met and they were very helpful and very knowledgeable and trustworthy and really loved their work and duties!! Always went out of their way to help out and the security guard was the best!!! I felt safe knowing that he was always around!!"
