"House and the overall property was very good with excellent views. Had good clean linen and towels. It would have been good if they had left few Kitchen paper rolls and had a dish washer installed. The main problem we faced was that the Jacuzzi never worked for the whole two days that we were at the property. While the host (Alex) was very responsive and tried to get it to work, it never worked, this was a big let down. "

"The house was unexpectedly nice. We thoroughly enjoyed the cool (unheated) but not cold, jacuzzi pool after a long hot day in Manuel Antonio park. This is a nice place, but they really, really, need to let folks know that this place is very remote and the road is very bad. Great if you want to bring everything and just stay there, but it is a 45 minute drive on bad, unlit roads to come or go from the lodge. "The property is new and in great condition. Rooms are comfortable. Laundry, heated outdoor pool and gym are great…so was the breakfast. One complaint was the airport shuttle. We were told to be in the lobby 10 minutes before the hour and the shuttle would leave on the hour. After repeated inquiries to the front desk and security staff the shuttle arrived 15 minutes after the hour. As we were told to get to the airport 3 hours before an international flight this delayed almost caused us issues with catching our flight home. "
