Some signs of aging/wear to the building and property but the room was clean and comfortable. Parking lot is very tight for newer/larger vehicles so enter with care to avoid anyone sticking out.

I had been here years ago. They have remodel the place somewhat . One thing g I notice place is super clean . They even gave a decent small continental breakfast for the price of the room. You can walk to many restaurants and breweries I would stay there again. They even have a small snack when I arrive : chips and some chocolates, water, soda.

In general, the room was clean and spacious. It would have been nice to have another table on which to place food items or other things. There is only one ice machine that was on the opposite side of the property, which was a bit inconvenient. The room was cleaned every day which was nice.

The staff at the front desk were friendly and efficient. We were welcomed right away and we both got a complimentary warm chocolate chip cookie. The young lady walked us through free warm breakfast times and WiFi information. Upon check in I asked if it was possible to get a ground level room as my fiancée just had surgery a few days ago in which they already had our room ready on the main floor (1pm). We only asked this since there is no elevator. When we got to our room we had a secret second room onto our king size bed (2nd room had a queen size bed) so we ended up w 2 beds and a nice little bathroom. Our last hotel room that was a fancier hotel in Tijuana didn’t have a microwave but we have one here ❤️. It’s super close to the harbor and all sorts of shopping and restaurants. We will definitely book here again.

Nothing terribly outstanding either way. It is an older hotel. With outdoor room entrances it has a bit of a motel feeling. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

Room was clean and we got early check-in on ground floor... The rooms were not carpeted therefore when the upstairs people moved about it was noisy.. They went out around midnight and made a lot of noise coming and going including leaving early AM so not a good sleep

Seeing as you only checked out today you should not be expecting to see it immediately, specially if you used a debit card. When we first walked into our room, we realized the photos online looked much better than in real life. There was a dirty towel hanging on the bathroom door. The sheets were dirty and filled with stains. The towels were rough and old. The soda I got from the vending machine was expired. The room's AC/heater had a light indicating the filter needed to be changed. The room wasn't cleaned for 2-3 consecutive days. The TV remote didn't work, so I had to go to the lobby to get a second remote. Operating the TV required both remotes, but there was only 1 pair of batteries. The streets were noisy and you could hear everything passing through the night. I understand hearing planes, since the property is located next to the airport, but vehicles and people shooting in the street shouldn't be heard as much as we faced during our stay. The wall outlets only worked at certain angles to charge my electronic devices. The breakfast selection was extremely limited. For the price, you're much better off going somewhere else.

Good hotel, breakfast was ok they only thing is that when you book it does no say that they charge $10 dol per day for parking, we tried to argue this but they say it was their policy .

This property was disgusting. Mold everywhere, my key kept deactivating and they just hand you another without checking your id or anything. Water damage in ceiling so ceiling is stained and sagging. Entire room stays damp because of the humidity and smells like mildew. Crack so big in doorway that you can see daylight. 1/10.

This place is a one star hotel. Needs a lot of work. I wouldn’t recommend. the front door closes but there is a big gap that lets light through. The bathroom door is falling off the hinges and doesn’t even close. They paint over something on the door. Not sure what it was. The crown molding they must have run out as there is like 10 feet needed to finish. The breakfast area is a small room with a couple tables and chairs. It’s meh. Definitely won’t be staying there ever again.

Great for Fisherman using the fishing charters.
Good basic Comfort inn. Great location for the fishing companies across the street. (3 minute walk). Hotel is fisherman friendly, They had freezer space (employee fridge I guess) to freeze a 1 gallon zip lock full of fillets (4-5 lbs). Breakfast was basic and fair at best. CAUTION: There is a $10 per day parking fee that was not disclosed on 3rd party websites.
