Terrible property. Don't stay here. Rooms are in rough shape. Sink doesnt drain properly. Shower rack is broken. For the price it's terrible condition. No breakfast other then lame juice and Danish. Terrible service. Asked for a room garbage to be removed and more towels since I stayed two days. Nobody came and I came back to the same dirty room. Terrible service. Scam. Hope they go out of business. Only location is good.

Hotel wasn't bad worth the price. Area is a little sketchy and had homeless going through trash inside the property. They charge a $20 overnight parking fee but do not provide any type of security. They are also supposed to provide complementary breakfast but the doors were closed. Couldn't check out and no check out box. Had to throw in mail slot.

I didn't like anything about the property... If I had known what shape the property was in I would not have stayed there! There was some "stuff" going on most of the night in an adjacent room and I had a terrible sleep! Also, the room's condition was atrocious! The whole place needs a total redo!! The pictures on the Expedia website did not resemble the actual condition of the room! I would not recommend this property to anyone!! One star for sure!!

Didn’t have much expectation although it is not particularly cheap. Check-in was smooth. Staff was not particularly helpful though. Free “hot water” and coffee were provided in a self serving corner. But water was not hot and the staff didn’t seem want to reheat it even after we telling her. Water tasted like hell with residual coffee “flavour”. The room was poorly maintain. The door lock was broken. The lamp was not working and the hanger bar fell off from the wall. One good thing is that the room was clean and tidy.

For the price the property was okay. Only about one mile to the waterfront and easy to Uber anywhere in the area for a good price.

Very clean friendly personal The only thing the shower had no pressure and the water was standing in the tub. Other than that is was a good stay.

The room didn’t have a lock on back door. No key to safe. The electricity went out in room and only one electrical socket worked. Very dangerous. The staff had to bring us extra blankets. Other rooms where fine. Staff very nice. No refund and didn’t even get a different room.

Super friendly staff, room was very clean and had all the essentials. The only negatives would be that the swing bar lock for the door was alarmingly loose, and we were woken up by the cleaning ladies talking very very loudly directly outside the window first thing in the morning. Also walls are EXTREMELY thin, be prepared to hear everything your neighbors are up to at all hours of the night

Nice staff especially Mr. Bo
The staff was very nice and helpful. Especially Mr. Bo. I left something valuable in my room. I called back in the middle of the night and Mr Bo went to look for it. In the morning I went back to the hotel and retrieved my stuff. He was very honest and kind. Kudo to Mr. Bo. I am a gold member of Wyndham and would not hesitate to come back here. Thu Bui

Elevator was broken, had to carry luggage upstairs. What if we were disabled? Tv remote was broken, someone tried to fix it with tape, but it was still missing batteries. There are much better accommodations near the airport.

The photos of the room look nice because it was a laminate floor instead of carpeting. The sink vanity was wood & cute. However, there were dirty spots all over the room, stains on the sheets, holes in the walls behind the door, overall felt dirty & gross. Worst of all the outdoor elevator was “broken” & looked like it hadn’t been used since the 60’s. Outside stairs difficult to get up with suitcases. Overall, looked like a run-down dump. Glad we were only there one night.
