The hotel was good but nobody changed the sheets or cleaned the bathroom we stayed 4 days and just put new towels nobody cleaned the room it was awful

My flight was delayed , so I called to let them know I will arrived to the hotel early in the morning . When I arrived around 2 am , was ringing at the door but nobody answer so o called the hotel and nobody answer the phone either so after 10 minutes ringing at the door finally somebody showed up and it looks sleepy , I got my room at the first thing I notice inside the hotel is a foul odor , the room was ok , but the tv control does not work properly neither the night shift or the mooring staff welcome you at the hotel or thank you for your stay , definitely I won’t come back to your hotel

Everything was very good. The room was comfortable, not too spacious though kind of small room but with all the amenities. Breakfast food was ok, not a lot of food variety, the coffee was bad. The floor in our room was a little bit squeaky and noise and the worst part was the a/c fan was loud. Parking area was big and enough space to park.

Very water saving efficient toilet, but the tank water level is set too high it seems. Not anywhere near enough non-skid in my bathtub. I recommend not renting this room out until that is fixed.

Very convenient covered parking under back of building. KING ROOM - Very comfortable king bed - not too firm or soft. Extremely comfortable soft pillows. Also firm ones for sitting up. Very nice standing Samsung TV that is not too large & can be watched comfortably from 1 foot away while preparing food or from the bed. Dry closet with storage, good amount of drawers, frig cabinet with extra storage, & large separate vanity area with plenty of open storage underneath. Nice mirrors & wall pictures.

Stayed 3 nights. The first day breakfast was decent. The second day- no food after 8.30 am, no coffee/hot water at 9.15. The third day- no bangles, no muffins at all. The property is very old, old furniture, noisy toilet and faucet. Only positive thing is new a/c.

Positive Aspects: The inclusion of breakfast and parking in the fee is appreciated. The surroundings are well-maintained and clean. There's a 711 and massage services across the street. Areas for Improvement: The bed tends to make noise and squeak, with the springs audible with every movement. The television set is outdated and lacks smart features. The bathroom is quite small, you need to go to side corner prior opening the door to exit. All in all our stay is satisfied! We'll be back again.

This property is mid! It is quite close to the beach, however the customer service was poor, the immediate area has nothing to eat or shop, the room was musty, the mattresses were hard and uncomfortable. They do offer a continental breakfast and fast and easy check in process. Probably wouldn’t recommend or stay again in the future!

For my purposes the location was convenient. Two outstanding sushi and Thai restaurants are across the street and the original Rubios is on the corner--all walking distance away. The property is under new ownership and branding, and the rooms are redone, so the room condition reports from a few years ago aren't applicable any longer. The free breakfast was fine provided you don't have diary allergies. There was little there I could eat. I did not hear anyone complain. Be sure to ask for the wifi code, because the name/room combination doesn't work yet. The system is probably a remnant of the previous operator. The only complaint is whoever the third-shift front desk person didn't answer the phone when I called to get the wifi code. After trying three separate times about 15 minutes apart, it rang each time until it the line disconnected. That was annoying.
