Rooms were recently refurbished and the staff friendly. Iittle Italy is a short walk and a great area to spend time in in the evening. Immediately to the West is a fair amount of homelessness but it was not disruptive in any way.

The hotel was amazing and had great customer service. My only real complaint is the expensive parking fee and how narrow the exits to the structure are, I unfortunately scraped my car exiting the structure. Other than that, I would stay again!
