"The room was clean. FELLAS ONLY ONE GUEST PER DAY. The day resets at 6am. BRING HATS. Don’t touch anything in the fridge unless you want to pay. Free water is room temperature. My shower in room 318 took 10mins to get cold everyday. They said that’s typical. Place is close to mostly everything and if not Ubers are $4 unless your going super far. I ate my breakfast everyday on the corner at the mini market. Try their fresh juices. Would definitely recommend this hotel if you don’t want to be where it’s madness"

"the room was cozy and clean with all the necessary amenities. It does get a bit loud at night but some ear plugs (the hotel offers free ones) will definitley help. it is in great location to walking distance to bars and hotels."

"Clean, modern trendy hotel in the heart of El Poblado. Very nice and attentive staff. Appreciated all their help, especially Alejandro at the front desk. Breakfast is excellent. Lots of security up front making it feel very safe. If I had one suggestion, it would be having a dedicated concierge to organize tours and a front desk. The ‘front desk’ is a young person with an iPad sitting by the elevator. Also would have liked recycling bins for bottles in the hotel. But other than that, very happy with the choice. "
