The staff, especially the manager, was friendly and extremely helpful with an issue I had. Thank you again for your help. I don’t think I will be visiting Pamplona again but if I do I won’t hesitate to stay at the Villava."

"Whilst walking the Camino Frances, it was a welcoming stay from Alberques. Very good location, restaurants, shopping and bars are all working 10 mins walk. There are no washing machines here, but I was welcome to go to one of their other properties to use their facilities at no cost. The Air conditioning was inconsistent, noisy and did not cool the room. Other than that, I had a good stay. Victoria, at the front desk was very helpful with directions, speaks English, French and Spanish."
