"We had a mall attached to the hotel and a boat service from hotel to private island. This was the highlight of this property. The island had cooling breezes, lots of lounge chairs, good food and drinks but the highlight is the roaming flamingos. The hotel pool was also lovely "

"Absolutely beautiful beach!! Room near beach which was great because there were no public bathrooms. Buffet was not a true buffet you had to wait in line to order your main dish which usually took awhile… not enough entertainment at night and absolutely no entertainment around the pool or beach during the day. Very quiet hotel resort but if you are just looking for R&R this is the place. "

"Very tranquil and inviting atmosphere away from noisy tourism. Beautiful gardens. Many nice sitting areas. Quiet residential street. Car needed, highly recommend Nexus at airport Hyatt. No other form of transportation except for taxi which is expensive ($30-35 to airport). Some tours offer pick up and drop off. Supermarket, gas station and Aloe Factory 5 min near. Comfortable suite with kitchen. They provide beach towels, ice cooler, ice, beach chairs. Cozy bbq area, make a reservation. Staff beautiful people, helpful and attend to guests’ needs. Great water pressure and AC in suites. Very clean, modern and safe property. Private gated parking. Loved our stay. "

"Room 2225 needsthe dishwasher replaced. The door doesn’t close properly and it beeps all night. We had to close the door to the bedroom because of this. The fan lights and ceiling fan will turn on randomly. At first I thought we were being haunted but I think it’s because the remote from the room above us would control our fan too. The rooms were dated but they were clean. The staff in certain areas weren’t very attentive but I guess it’s island time. You couldn’t see the beach from our room but it’s right across the street from the resort. One of the best places to nap was above Coffee corner, there’s a balcony up there. The pools were adequate. The only complaint is there isn’t much to do on the resort after dinner. We had the all inclusive package which was nice but the restaurants all seemed to have the same type of food. Even though some things were slightly different, the flavors were the same. They need an Asian restaurant. I actually think their portions are too big. They should probably lower the price and lessen the portions. There just too much wasted food. "

"We had a great time. We were there for three weeks. The pool was beautiful warm and clean the properties. Very pretty many plantings everywhere. Even the animals hung around once in a while. We’re very friendly purring cat on your lap on vacation is kind of cool. Our host Barbara was very attentive to our needs and questions about Aruba. It was a quick half hour walk to town and the closest beaches. If you wanted to go farther, it was very easy to get a cab or jump on the Aruba bus. There are plenty of great restaurants nearby. Just think I should mention that our room had no coffee maker so Barbara went out and bought us a brand new one and we had a coffee maker. We would gladly go back here anytime. Jc"

"The property itself is not on the beach. It’s across the street. The staff should be taught better on how to direct you. What seating on the beach accommodates the hotel. So here I’m gonna save you a whole lot of confusion. It’s Across The Street slightly to the right reflections beach club. Now let’s get to the seating area at the beach. Depending on cruise ships being around, they usually tell you all the seats are reserved. Hint hint give me a tip and I’ll find a seat for you. The beach itself it’s not very clean. People use it as a giant ashtray. Cruise ship people usually leave all the garbage behind. Now let’s get back to the rooms at voco! I checked in on a Friday!!!! huge mistake!!! the locals are all hanging out at the bar across the street, revving their cars and motorcycles for the majority of the night! This happened Friday, Saturday up until Sunday very late at night impossible to sleep. Another thing that was very unnerving to me although hotel is immaculately clean my room smell like there was a deceptive tank in it. I suggest you do not get rooms on the outskirts of the hotel. Better off on The inside by pool area! The smell in the room was horrendous!!! I didn’t bother to say anything because I knew it fall on deaf ears! The rest of staff was friendly pretty much. The one that was the best in instructing you and talking to you very charismatic was the little waitress Yuru she was an absolute doll, a great waitress, and just a beautiful person!!!"
