"FOR THE AMOUNT OF MONEY SPENT HERE IM APPALLED THE WAY WE WERE TREATED. SECURITY AT OUR DOOR 5 TIMES BEFORE 10:45PM. MY FINACE AND I WERE VISITING SF FOR A PRE WEDDING GETAWAY WITH NO KIDS. HIM AND I ALONE. ASIDE FROM THE FACT I HAVE A VERY ASSERTIVE VOICE THERE IS ABSOLUTLEY NO REASON SECURITY AND FRONT OFFICE STAFF SHOULD BE AT MY ROOM FOR NOISE COMPLAINTS. WE HAD A BALCONY AND WERE UTILING IT AND THE NEIGHBOR TOOK PICS OF US AND BASICALLY INTAGONIZED US FOR "NOISE DISTURBANCE" ABSOLUTE NONSENSE FOR A HORRIBLE ROOM WITH THE MOST UNCOMFORTABLE BED EVER. THE HOTEL STAFF WAS RUDE AND VERY INTRUSIVE WHEN COMING TO OUR DOOR. I WILL BE FILING A FORMAL COMPLAINT AND WILL NOT BE STAYING HERE EVER AGAIN AND I WILL MAKE SURE AND TELL ANY AND EVERYONE I KNOW ABOUT THIS RIDICULOUS UNCOMFORTABLE UNWELCOMED PLACE. IM STILL IN ABSOLUTE SHOCK FOR THE WAY WE WERE TREATED. SHAME ON YOU HILTON AND YOUR SECURITY FOR BEING SO INTRUSIVE AND RUINING OUR GETAWAY FOR NO REASON OTHER THEN LOUD TALKING BETWEEN PARTNERS THAT ARE HAPPY AND CAREFREE TRYING TO ENJOY A KID FREE WEEKEND ALONG WITH SOME MUSIC . ."
"If you didn't drive there, ask for a room that is near the lobby. They don't have lift, so make sure ask for a 1st floor room is you can't handle stairs. The property is huge."
"Everything went smooth. All staff are polite and helpful, customer service is top notch.
Valet was great, I have a large truck so leaving it there was great, no issue with size.
The room itself was clean, great view of the city and pier.
Couldn’t have asked for more. Will be returning soon."
