Friendly staff, clean rooms and facility. Denny’s is next store if their complementary breakfast isn’t what you want. Located right off the freeway. They have Tesla charging onsite, with multiple spaces.

The facilities are bright and well planned. The room was immaculate. But, most importantly, the staff was excellent. Even the overnight front desk associate was super friendly and helpful. Special shoutout to Vanessa and Maribel for going way above and beyond to ensure that I received my lost belongings. Thank you ladies and Hampton Inn-San Mateo. We will be back!

Hotel is pretty new and clean, easy to get to and plenty of parking. Breakfast is pretty good, staff are pretty friendly except one, when I asked for water bottle, she only gave me one even for 2 people in the room.

My wife and I stayed in this clean, convenient hotel for two nights. The front desk person said they have only been open 7 months. We were happy because it was very clean and comfortable. The breakfast buffet had good variety and the staff kept it clean and well stocked. We will stay here again if we are in the area.

Nice, new facility, very friendly staff. Would have been 5 stars except the bathroom light uses a motion detector so in the middle of the night you get blinded (even though there was a night light) and the breakfast was just ok (quite typical fair and poor breads, but coffee was good).
